The Waste 2 Energy process is an on-site wastewater treatment and resource recovery solution designed to help customers reduce disposal costs, improve environmental performance and support a more circular approach to waste management.
The system treats wastewater at source, separating recoverable water from retained organic waste and converting biowaste into a more manageable dry material. This material may then be suitable for reuse as fertiliser, feedstock, biomass fuel or anaerobic digestion feedstock, depending on waste type, site conditions and relevant approvals.
By processing waste on site, the solution can help reduce tanker movements, lower operational costs, improve solids and water management, support consent-to-discharge requirements and reduce reliance on chemical treatment. With real-time monitoring and a scalable process, Waste 2 Energy provides a practical route to reducing waste, recovering value and improving sustainability across aquaculture, agriculture, distilleries, food and drink production and general industry.
